SHIPPING & TRANSACTION POLICY
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Orders will be processed for shipment within 48 hours, unless your order is placed on a public holiday. We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct, however if for any reason we are unable to fulfill your requested order you will be notified via email to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.
DELIVERY & COST
STANDARD
The cost for standard shipping via Prepaid Parcel Post is as follows:
1-3 bags of tea = $8.50
4-9 bags of tea = $13.80
10-20 bags of tea = $17.60
If your order exceeds 20 bags of tea you will be invoiced separately for postage.

Next business day delivery is guaranteed to all street addresses and post office boxes within the Express Post Next Business Day Network, if posted on a business day (Monday to Friday) in accordance with conditions set out on Express Post items.
Wild & Woods takes no responsibility for the loss of goods once item is scanned as received by Australia Post.
